Job Description

The Creston Fire Department is currently accepting applications for the following position:

Part-Time Firefighter

Creston Fire Department has 5 Career Firefighters, 6 Part-Time Firefighters and 15 Volunteer Firefighters.  Part-Time shifts are 7pm-7am Monday through Friday and 8am-8am Saturday and Sunday.  CFD is a multifaceted Fire Department answering 700+ calls for service annually.  

Part-Time Requirements
-Certified Firefighter 1 with 3 years of firefighting experience
-Valid driver's license with ability to obtain Class B CDL with airbrakes and tanker endorsement within 6 months of hire
-Drive Operator Certification within 6 months of hire
