Regular meetings are held the first and third Tuesday at 6:00 PM in council chambers on the second floor of the restored depot at 116 W Adams Street in Creston, special meetings are as scheduled.  During regular meetings there is a public forum where citizens may voice their comments on an subject pertaining to city business.  Comments are limited to three minutes.
